The short version
To be eligible for a refund, all of the following must apply:
Eligible refunds are 70% of the amount you paid. The remaining 30% covers non-recoverable payment processing fees (Dodo Payments charges a fee on all transactions, which is not returned on refunds), as well as infrastructure and operational costs incurred during the billing period. This partial refund policy is intended to be fair while covering the real costs we bear.

We review all refund requests within 1 week (7 calendar days) of receipt. If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original Dodo-linked payment method. Dodo Payments' own processing time (typically 3β5 business days) applies after we initiate the refund.
